Orkin. stop trespassing. I do not want you on my property I canceled your services a year ago but your technicians keep showing up. I've called the office several times and told them to stop bothering me but they keep showing up
The service is awful and they charge more than double for services compared to competitors. Save your money and go to Terminix.
I spent nearly $20,000 with Orkin for attic remediation and a five-year warranty. Recently, I heard noises in the attic and reached out to use my warranty. They said someone would come out on Monday, March 17th -- no one showed up, and now they won't return my emails or calls. After spending that much money, being completely ghosted is unacceptable. Horrible service and total lack of accountability. Stay far away.
I would rate lower if I could. long standing customer, now I have a problem and they go off the grid. now way to bypass automated answering servive to reach main office.
Orkin feedback The orkin guarantee is that "Your satisfaction is our goal. If you aren't completely satisfied, we will work with you until you are. If pests return between treatments, your Orkin Tech will return at no extra charge." My issue occurs during the warm months and since the cooler months came the issue went away. They said they'd come out another time if it got warmer but the temps never rose again. I would give a better review, but Orkin never showed up to my appointment yesterday. No call no show isn't a good look on anyone.
Horrible customer service. We are away from home the week they created an appointment. Rather than move the appointment they elected to bill me and cancel my account.
