I called Orkin with a pest issue I had on one of my rental properties yesterday morning and yesterday afternoon they had a technician at the property taking care of my issue and giving instructions to the Tennants laying out the plan and schedule for eliminating the issue. John is great. If for some reason we miss his visit, he takes care of the outside and leaves us a note to just call him to set up another time for the inside. He's always pleasant, and we think of him as a friend.
