Had service today 2-22-22. Tech was here no more than 25 minutes. No way to service this house in 20-25 minutes. Foundation is to be inspected and copper mesh added where needed. This is two trips where no copper mesh was added. I believe there are foundation cracks that need re-filled with copper mesh. Colleen was best tech. Not been 100% satisfied since she left. This is Ralph Merten of Sandoval.
No contact from them before just showing up at my door again. This is the third time at least that this has happened. And the service technician is presumably doing an OK job, but the lack of notice of arrival not even the day of arrival is supremely annoying.
Well considering all they do is inform you if you have termites, they don’t fix any of the damage done while you have their service. So go figure.
