My technician is usually professional and knowledgeable. He was supposed to be at my house between 10am and 12 noon, but today he didn’t arrive until 1:30pm. I had to call Orkin 2 times to find out what time he would arrive. This was an inconvenience.

The Orkin pest control person arrived on time and spayed the areas in my house I pointed out to him and then sprayed the perimeter of my house. I was told they would return in 30 days for a re spray or would come earlier if we see any more ants. Very satisfied with the service.
