Vance did a great job discussing the steps he performed and provided great advice on step I can take to minimize the deluge of ants and other insects that we’re getting into my kitchen, microwave oven, and other entry points into my home. Cody was very kind and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly. Overall I was pleased with the service. I would only make one suggestion that all of your trucks be supplied with extension ladders. My attic access is very high in the garage and can only be accessed with a tall ladder. I needed to call a friend to ask to borrow a ladder.
