Great experience working with Fray Acosta from Orkin. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived on time, was very respectful of the property, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and doing the job right. Service requested was termite inspection. They chose the most beautiful person inside and out to come inspect my home. Miss Shirley was a breath of fresh air even when delivering such bad news. Orkin is definitely worth the price and currently they are running $100 coupon.

We've been using ORKIN for 2.5 years at our home in Oakland Park. We've used them for termites (subterranean), roaches, and ants. One of the guys also did a home inspection for free on one of his visits and told us what little areas to fix to avoid rodents getting in our house. The people who have come to our house have always been so knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and available! If I ever needed an emergency person, they would rearrange their day to make it work. I live in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area and I called Orkin to come and evaluate my home and outside property for pests and solutions. Anthony and his associate were amazing. So professional and thorough. They've been back since (this was a week ago) to install rodent traps and dispose of the ones that the previous service company never picked up. We had multiple termite policies cancel because we missed the mailed notifications. Orkin has no auto-renewal option and they don't accept online payments for termite policies. Customers are able to pay online for pest control so it appears that the reason they make it so hard to renew annual policies is that they are not profitable, since tenting & treatment is covered by those policies. Unprofessional! I booked my first appointment on a Saturday (on my day off) and they never showed up. I called their customer service line and the guy told me Orkin canceled my appointment due to advance non-payment. When I was booking an appointment, they did ask me how I was planning to pay , and I told them cash payment on the day of the visit. They said that's fine too. Buyer beware!!! I should have seen the red flags (too many to state in this review), but trusted in Orkins seemingly good reputation. Not at all what I was expecting from a nationally recognized company. I contracted them based solely on name recognition, commercials, ads, etc. and the salesperson (Patrice) was very professional and amiable. It took 6 calls for them to update my address which meant I kept being routed to the wrong state. I finally get that resolved and scheduled service and no one showed up. I even called the day of between the range of hours I was given and assumed they would be there. Nope and no communication

Terrible!! They don't show up, the manager doesn't return calls and they hang up on customers. It's been a week and 1/2 and they have done nothing but charge me $150. I will get my money back. "Guaranteed" all over their ad is clearly not the case. Call someone else! Anyone else!
