Julio Rivera is my assigned tech and is extremely knowledgeable, he took the time to go over any possible issues and the expectations after the first and consecutive weeks.
Frustrated due to billing system. Orkin bills me incorrectly. Then I call and correct the amount. Ridiculous. Then it happened again. And again. I warned them on my last call that I would cancel my service if they billed me incorrectly again. And what a surprise.. billed incorrectly this month. I've cancelled my service with them. My technician was great and I had absolutely no issues with him!
Still having termite issues. It is VERY hard to get someone from customer service or the company to answer back. I reached out via phone, no one ever answers, reached out to service person - two weeks ago- still no answer. I paid for 3 yr contract. Frustrated.
It was a call for estimate end up getting asked why I wouldn’t start service without the estimated or assessment. Don’t bother with them
