Crappy service. I have rodents and ordered the exclusion package all they did was put mesh in to cover a few holes. The first time they shows up the tech reked of alcohol. I had to call them back because I am still experiencing rodents and they said they would come out on Monday April 22 and no one showed up. I sent them emails and also called and have no response. They are not a good company to use if you have rodents.

Horrible service, they will do the minimum for big money. It will cost you A LOT for a lazy lazy work. I had them because I had rodents in my home. They come put a little mesh in some of the wholes after months of paying a fee (hundreds) I still have rodents in my home. They said, if you want us to do more about it it will cost you around )4,000 WtH!

Bed bug treatments repeatedly did not work. My biggest complaint was they do not schedule a time or will call ahead! I need to get into a wheelchair so I need a time or advance notice.

Orin Milwaukee terrible, incompetent from the phone people to the technician. Came, did WRONG service. Had to stop them spraying our yard for mosquitoes which we NEVER ordered when we needed a huge hornets nest removed. Four hours of phone calls later, five days later, hornets nest still there.

I should have known from the beginning this was not going to work out. We just moved into our home and had an issue with ticks and mosquitoes. After calling 3 places for quotes, we decided orkin would be best. They guarantee they will re-spray if you are unsatisfied, you can schedule sprays for specific days, prices weren't the greatest but seemed worth it. We received 2 sprays- 1 in June and 1 in July. Horrible service. Got scammed. They claimed a free estimates but got charged 100$ for nothing.. the inspection was a joke! He didn't do a thing. Never looked for anything! Was on a call during the "inspection". Didn't find a thing. Don't waste your time or money. A joke

Do not use Orkin!!! I called with an active ant problem and got an appointment the following day between 4-6. Well 6 came around and nobody showed up. I called and they were closed. The next day I called to speak to a manager to discuss what happened and reschedule. Then I called 2 more times. Still no response. They also tried to charge me over $300 for an initial visit, which a friend got for $150. Once I told them that, they found a magical "coupon." I highly recommend going with a local company.

I had the Orkin shield put on my house March 17, 2021 and service March 30th. On April 24th a family member found a SNAKE in my basement and was able to throw it outside. I have called Orkin about this. Ben won't answer or return my calls. Orkin sent out someone April 26th to spray for mosquitoes and on April 28th to spray snake away outside and check basemen. I have Orkin coming out to my house for a service the first time they were supposed to come I took off work and they never showed up. The representative lied and said they called me and left a message. This did not happen at all so I missed a half day of work for nothing. Then when they finally came out serviced my house the tech reassured me the problem was taken care of and they still have a follow up to treat again just to be sure.
