We have a great Orkin service guy by the name of Scott Soto. He is very professional, friendly and does an amazing job! He really maintains inside our home and outside perimeters that leaves us bug and pest free!! He really looks out for everything and gives great advice!! My Orkin man is fantastic. He comes to do his job he knows exactly what to do, and I really appreciate the care he gives me. There was a time when I had to call early before my appointment date, and he came right away. My Orkin Man his name Ted, and he’s very courteous, which I value in this time with the pandemic floating around out there. His concern is if the job is being done well, and I have assured him it is. Sergio Is my Orkin tech. I absolutely love him. He’s always on time and he always does a thorough job. If I’m not happy with it he’ll come back and make sure that he gets every part that has a problem. He explains everything thoroughly. He doesn’t talk to me in a way where I don’t understand it and he explains the kind of chemical they use.
