When ants marched in and Terminix ghosted me... Orkin pulled up like the Avengers. After a complete failure by Terminix--missed appointments, no-shows, endless hold times, and a denied refund--Orkin came through like a hero in a hazmat suit. We have issues with ants. Called Orkin and they had someone out the very next morning. His name is Timothy Henry and he was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Other companies couldn't get anyone out for days. The one company was very unfriendly but the customer service at Orkin were understanding and d8d what they could to get service to us quickly. Timothy was great. I definitely recommend him.

I met this tech named Daniel Reyes I had questioned him about working on my home, unfortunately he informed me that his branch only did commercial work but guided me to the correct phone line to a residential office, even though there wasn't much he could do for me,he was very polite and knowledgeable of his job. Thank you!!
This place is such a mess. Please go anywhere else for pest control. They will give you the runaround, leave you on hold for an hour at a time, and then hang up on you, after missing multiple inspection appointments. It is a nightmare.
Scheduled an inspection for an estimate at my home. Nobody showed up and there wasn't a respond to my email regarding this matter either.
I had an initial appointment scheduled for 4-6 pm. They asked me to clear out my kitchen cabinets before the appointment which I did. No one ever showed up. I called at 6 to ask where the tech was and was told someone would be calling me back. No one ever called. I called back at 7pm and was told the manager would call me back. No Manager ever called me back. I would never use this service or recommend anyone to ever use this service. What a disgrace.
Wish there were 0 stars! We have used Orkin for years for preventive pest control even used them to tent our home for termites. We are selling our home and needed a termite inspection & report for escrow. What a mess this turned into. We have no termites but after charging me $125 to write the report and making me wait 1 week for a lazy manager to finally sign off on the report, they couldn't just give us the CA standard certificate of clearance they gave us a very confusing & contradicting report which basically covered the... read more
This company tented my house and fumigated it , we stayed in a hotel for two days and when we are back to the house some of the stuff we left in the house got stolen , we we call the company they said they are not responsible for it. This untrusted company. Be careful with your stuff
