I chose them cuz of great reviews. 1st tech I had a few times was good, the last few times (before I cancelled the service) was lazy, not friendly, borderline rude. I won’t mention his name, I’ve already talked to a manager & my current issue is being resolved. Should have been resolved before I cancelled 4 months ago. Not a cheap service but if job done right might have been worth it!
