RecommendedTech was clean, on time and courteous. I inquired about an additional service, the tech took the time to explain why it wasn’t needed. He could have done the service and charged me, but instead, he did not as it would have been a waste of money.

RecommendedOur initial service was to get rid of a rat we saw in our kitchen. Joe was our first tech and he was spot on. We investigated the intrusion and set traps. He came back in 2 days and we had caught a large male. The next morning we caught a female, then each of the next two mornings we caught a kit. The tech who came last week for the bimonthly service did not instill the trust I have with Joe. I called the service dept. and they sent Joe back this evening.
