Pest control indoor and outdoor
Professional, polite and our Orkin rep Joe is always on time and thorough.
Tech was clean, on time and courteous. I inquired about an additional service, the tech took the time to explain why it wasn’t needed. He could have done the service and charged me, but instead, he did not as it would have been a waste of money.
Their expertise and concern
Our initial service was to get rid of a rat we saw in our kitchen. Joe was our first tech and he was spot on. We investigated the intrusion and set traps. He came back in 2 days and we had caught a large male. The next morning we caught a female, then each of the next two mornings we caught a kit. The tech who came last week for the bimonthly service did not instill the trust I have with Joe. I called the service dept. and they sent Joe back this evening. We have been consistently impressed with the excellent pest control & flexibility of scheduling provided by Orkin.
I called at 8:00 am and our service tech was at the house by 2. You can’t get better service than that.!
