Horrible experience. Such incompetence in their billing dept. I paid with check at the time of service and they still charged my debt card not once but TWICE for $2783!! The first time I get it, it was a simple error. I called immediately, they apologized and said they are refunding the additional charge. The next day I wake up to a notification from my bank saying that they didn’t refund anything instead they charged my account AGAIN!!! I’m beyond livid.
