Yeesh! No one told me I'd have to write a composition. They spray for spiders and we don't see any.

I have had so many appointments with Orkin that they failed to ever notify me about I have lost track. Today despite not being notified the guy called again and I was here. They sent me and email asking for my opinion and it links to nothing. This was a good local company before Orkin took over. Try calling the Spokane number. It doesn’t work. How this company functions nationally is beyond comprehension. The local service people are good but the communications is nonexistent.

I apologize that you are having such a bad experience. Prime has actually been Orkin since 2016 just operating as Prime. Your technician is still a Prime technician. I need to check with him on why you keep getting rescheduled. I appreciate you letting us know of the difficulties you are having and will work at getting this resolved.

I called Orkin and a few other companies because I heard mice in the ceiling of our basement. Though I was waiting for return calls from the other companies, the very personable Orkin rep succeeded with a hard sell on me - you know the "decide now or I won't get my commission" routine. My bad. So, we spent hundreds of dollars for mouse baits that are exactly the same product we bought at the hardware store for $10 last time we had mice!
