Laura provided excellent customer service to me recently and made things possible work smoothly with Matthew, our particular service tech. We appreciated Matthew circling back to our place to finish spray our back yard property. They do a great job with keeping the spiders out. They always come on time, and give you a heads up the day before, and another one a few hours before they arrive. Always polite, and cover any areas that I want special attention to. Thanks
