I’ll tell you what, initially I had a bad first impression when my service was supposed to start yesterday but hear me out, it gets better. Initially when I set up my appointment, the woman who signed me up was wonderful, easy to work with, explained everything clearly. When I told her I could only do evenings or weekends, she happily informed me that I could do a window from 4-6pm, and wrote a note to say no one would be home before 4:30pm.
