Out of the 5 times they have been on site, I haven’t been given more than 24 hours notice. The technician Ed is great! Super friendly and very informative when he is on site. Dispatch is the biggest issue I have WO I Orkin. I can’t afford to take off work the day before a service. I need at least 72 hours notice to set my schedule so I can get full service. Dispatch sent Ed to wring house one of the service days and I had to wait an additional 2 weeks to get home to correct place. It’s frustrating that I pay so much for ... read more

The tech was shady. Must not have used the full strength bug killer cause we still have roaches after one year

They should log where traps have been set so that way they can be sure to check then on their next visit. They should also give at least 24 hour notice before just going out to your home when no one is the to let them in.
