Get directionsFirst of all I don't appreciate Orkin making appointments for me. Then they only give me a day or two notice. Not enough time for me to make accommodations. Orkin should be allowing customers to select their appointment date. Just like Orkin everyone in my household works Monday through Friday. Should be a little more customer friendly. I will call and schedule my own appointment and if that's a problem then Orkin will surely have one.
I paid for a year of service in advance. After the service started my card was billed twice. I was able to get a refund and I also had my card removed from their system to prevent more problems. Just today I received a bill in the mail for service that I have already paid for with the year service. I do not trust Orkin and I want nothing to do with the company. They are very dishonest. Orkin started off great. Loved the lady that would come and spray the house. I also would only get charged the price I was told. After a couple months, I had a new technician and I was getting charged more than double what I was told I'd pay each month. I finally realized after a couple months and they refunded me hundreds of dollars. Then all of a sudden, I was getting texts of appointments I have never made. Today an Orkin technician was at my house. He barely put traps down. I had to call him back 3 different times and he still didn’t put traps in every room. He left traps for me to do it myself I guess.
