Inspector called me when he was going to be late. And he was only a few minutes late. He was kind, not in a rush, and very thorough. He appreciated the work and advice that the last inspector, who retired, provided.

Parkin did a very good job to get rid of termites at my home. After 6 months they came and did a complete re-inspection to make sure termites did not come back. I am very happy with Orkin.
