Received text at 11:48 stating we were next for service. Received text at 12:02 stating Caylor was here. It is now 1:00 and he has still not shown up. Got a text at 12:49 to fill out survey on the service. Called customer support and they can't get in contact with the guy either. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Show up when you say you are there!
