I can’t leave enough negative reviews. I have a monthly service because last year I found bugs I thought were termites so I set up traps and a monthly service. Two of their “pros” told me they don’t think they are termites but we set up the traps anyway and I get sprayed quarterly. Fast forward a year later, I find them again so I schedule an appointment to get them taken care of. I had major issues with mice and squirrels! Dan came out and did a fantastic job taking care of the mice situation inside and outside! Very thorough and explained what he was doing as he did it. And Rich did an amazing job with my squirrels that I had in my attic! He went above and beyond to take care of the situation! Very nice guy and answered all my questions and put me at ease. I’m just so grateful for all that they did for me and nice to know they are there for me if needed in the future!
Mason was very nice, respectful & knowledgeable young man. Explained a lot about the 'critter' & what I can expect from the company. Explained what I was to expect after his first visit & put my mind at ease as to the degree of infestation I have. Excellent employee!
Absolutely love our technician Mike A. He is highly professional and knowledgeable. Takes his time to thoroughly assess the situation, explaining the issue and offering clear solutions. He addressed all areas of concern and made sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend!
The mice are gone after 1 treatment! We have our house back. No more mouse poops in my dishes, pots and pans, counters. No more eaten food. We are so grateful for Orion. Wish we’d done it sooner. 😎
