Always comes in the scheduled times Always polite Thorough On the lookout for other “pests” My only issue is not getting PAPER bills in a timely manner. For example, I don’t think I’ve gotten a bill since spring. And I really don’t want to find out at the end of the year that I owe a huge Amt of money!!
