They are the worse. I called them up to scheduled an appointment I had explained to the sales rep that o have a baby 4 month and my concern was the chemicals being used, he said that the chemicals they use aren’t harmful and processed to say that the visit and first treatment would be around 380.00 and there after 150.00 Well I went and schedules and appointment for two weeks ago on a Friday and the gentleman they send me was clearly in his late 60s and he definitely was not going to be bending nor climbing to see where the... read more
Absolutely awful experience with this company. The lack of professionalism and courtesy is infuriating. Do not hire this poorly managed company (this branch at least). The first scheduled appointment I had to call them 1.5hrs beyond the 2 hour window to see if they were coming or not. When they answered, they told me that something came up and they had to reschedule. I should’ve received a call from them to let me know that, not the other way around.
