RecommendedInitially, I had a bad taste about Orkin due to a sales/inspecter person’s hard sell and almost rude actions. But I allowed the Orkin technician to come for another reason. I was so moved by his honesty and ability to put me in touch with management with regards to this sales/inspector person. He appeared to be genuinely concerned about the customer and willing to take action. BTW, he, Ray did an amazing job! Pat Muise
