Initially, I had a bad taste about Orkin due to a sales/inspecter person’s hard sell and almost rude actions. But I allowed the Orkin technician to come for another reason. I was so moved by his honesty and ability to put me in touch with management with regards to this sales/inspector person. He appeared to be genuinely concerned about the customer and willing to take action. BTW, he, Ray did an amazing job! Pat Muise
The pest control person was very thorough. He walked around the entire property and identified areas where bees were and sprayed the area. He also removed a birds nest and dead bird. I was very pleased.
Specialist came on time and quickly got rid of the grape sized white hornets nest under my roof.
