They got me. I was so upset when I moved into a new home with mice infestation, that I completely relied on their immediately recognizable brand and trusted them to remedy my situation. Orkin charged me thousands of dollars to clean up my basement and crawlspace. They were contracted to remove all sill plate infested insulation, remove any live/dead rodents, clean the sill plate, disinfect the area and put in new insulation. I have never written a review, however, I felt compelled to warn others to NEVER do business with Orkin, and to especially keep an eye out if you have elderly parents who live alone. My 81 year-old mother received a knock on her door asking if she wanted a free house inspection (she has a termite contract with Orkin). My mom has had ********** of any infestations of any sort. House was not properly treated for termites after first year re-inspection. Never got a resolve. Several years later Orkin failed follow up and resolution. Still no response. Worst pest control I've ever used.

Extremely pushy and dont care about the customer. Very disrespectful, if the customer text back with a no and placed a massage that on the day of visit no one was going to be home and they still showed up *** then proceeded to spray the front because everything was locked, that is very disrespectful and now they want their money for service not rendered.

Didnt get rid of rats. I had to do it on my own! Im being over charged and they charged me for termite treatment that I continually declined.

I bought a home that came with home *****************. I called to get service and I specifically made sure its not a contract and i will call for further service. Yet they come in without confirming with me and perform service and charge my account. They are scammers

Miserable service! We started out with an independent service who then sold to Orkin. Orkin proceeded to raise our rates with no notice and cut the service to one time a quarter. We originally received service every month for a rate of $300 per year. We just got a bill for one service during the month of Oct. for $117.99. The last service consisted of approximately 10 min of spraying the outside of our home and that was it! Terrible! I would not recommend this business. Go independent! I pay Orkin to spray inside and outside of my home. They have no problem. Charging me for the service. Although when they come, they usually only spray the front part of my house, neglecting the backyard sides of my house and inside. If they show up at all. Today I had a scheduled appointment between 4 PM and 6 PM. I called the company at 5:30 PM to find out what time they would be here. Horrible customer service. Horrible service! I am a new customer and received the worst servicer from them. The manager did not handle the issue as he advised - all he stated was he put in a request. The price I signed up for was doubled. I would not recommend them their servicers or to do business with them.
