On May 13, 2025, Gregg Penn, a Home Services Inspector with Orkin, conducted a complimentary termite inspection of my property. Mr. Penn performed a comprehensive examination, meticulously inspecting the exterior (both front and rear) and basement areas for signs of termite infestation.
