I received notification that William was showing up. As usual he is professional and courtesy. He asked if we needed any specific areas treated and we informed him that we had spider activity inside our home, and he went to work treating the areas and explained the reason behind the increased activity (seasonal) After treating the inside he treated the outside area as usual .
