Technician obviously not familiar with checking attics as she stepped thru the ceiling as she either wasn’t being careful or doesn’t understand that you must walk on the joists or the plywood in an attic. She did apologize numerous times but did not offer to clean up the mess. During this entire termite process this now makes the third thing that has been broken at our house by Orkin. Very disappointed!

Made a follow up appointment 8am -10am today. Come to find out the technician hasn’t showed up and he called me at 9:50Am I’m thinking the job’s done but he called to say he didn’t have foam so he has to come tomorrow. Your people has a work van , idk if you do not carry tool and equipment for the jobs but he called 2 hours late so say he didn’t show up when I’m thinking he’s there and finished the job. Now I have to push my morning appointments back because he’s going to have to come tomorrow .
