RecommendedI've been on both sides as a listing and as a buyer's agent dealing with an Inspection report from The Inspectagator. If evidence of an active plumbing leak is found behind a shower wall, that's a potential disaster for a seller. It must be fixed immediately, or the seller won't be able to sell to anybody!
