I mistakenly made an appt for the south dealership, instead of the north dealership for service (oil, filter, and tires rotation). I arrived and the service consultant name Mark Aguiar was very helpful, friendly, nice, and professionally took care of my mistake. He helped me to be served on that same day and did explained there might be a long wait but would let me in that same day.
