Great office from start to finish Everyone at the office is fantastic. From the time you walk through the door to the cleaning to the time spent with the dentists themselves. They are on time, every time, professional, personable and make going to the dentist a much more pleasant experience. Sharla is super! She is gentle and explains everything she's doing and why. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Since joining O'Rourke, our level of care has improved but it always seems there are multiple upcharges for services that make sense but if they are the standard of care then they should be becoming reasonable and customary best practice and recognized and covered by insurance or at least be becoming more affordable. The only problem we have with this office is that we don't get the 5% off for paying cash on... The only problem we have with this office is that we don't get the 5% off for paying cash on cleanings. All our other dentists in Oregon, Washington, and Montana gave us 5%-15% discount on paying in full no matter what the procedure.
