I would not trust anyone else to care for my son's orthopedic care
I would love to see Dr. Lucas as a new patient however his staff simply does not answer the phone for appointments or provide a callback. In addition, they discourage leaving multiple messages. So while I have called 4 times over several days I left one message and no one ever called back. I am now looking for another provider. I also asked to speak to the office manager to try and get SOMEONE to assist, and was placed on hold so long I finally had to hang up.
