Want to post about my recent experience from OSI. Woke up this morning at 7am with no heat in my house and no idea where to start. Having a new home and no contract with any oil providers I was nervous about where to begin. A co-worker had recommended the team at OSI to help and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I have a pretty complicated 3 year old TecMar radiant heating/cooling system, 12 zones w individual thermostats. I called 3 different plumbing companies in to evaluate why several zones were not heating & each one gave me a different reason for the problem with price tags ranging from $3,000-$6,000 to repair. After Hurricane Sandy hit, my husband had a Generac stand by generator installed so we would never have to go through that kind of a mess again (4 1/2 feet of water in basement because sump pumps obviously cannot run without electricity). I wanted to share with you the wonderful experience I had with you .It was Jan 22 the night of the big snow storm. I returned from work at 4;30 to find that I had no heat! I called your office and they couldn't have been any nicer. Ray came to my house about 5:00 and fixed the problem. He also changed my filters and stayed to make sure the heat stayed on.
