We have two of our children in braces through Dr Ossi’s office. Everybody has always been friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They are kind and patient with my kids. All appointments are on time. I couldn’t ask for more!
We love Dr. Ossi and his team! Finding an orthodontist who is both caring and skilled was very important to us when we first starting looking back in 2015. Don't go here for Invisalign unless you want your teeth to get so screwed up your going to have two rows of 10 veneers by 27. Btw a fourth tooth that your work screwed up today chipped today and I regret trusting you everyday. He will report your review if you turn down his settlement so you can't speak on his awful work. That's why he's five stars, but not anymore. Never trust this man unless you want to eat with half your mouth for the rest of your life.
They made everything so easy. From our first introduction appointment everyone has been excellent. We always get appointment times that work well with school schedules, we are never there long -9minutes was the last clocked appointment time! They even walked me through making a claim with my insurance. My daughter has bad crowding and once she got her expander we noticed results in a month, and now she has a set of top braces to straighten out her teeth. Dr. Ossi and his staff were always courteous and welcoming at every appointment. My son just got his braces off yesterday and I'm pleased with the results. My son appreciated their clear explanations of procedures regarding the care of his braces. They are always willing to work with your schedule whenever an issue arises.
