Get the meat sauce with paperdelle! Best meat sauce ever. Too bad the truffles tasted toxic on the risotto. Never had that experience before with truffles but the meat sauce and paperdelle was so amazing it more than made up for it.
Appetizers were good. But main dishes such as seared tuna were so salty that I had to ask the waiter to take it away. My guests also complained foods were too salty not well prepared.
Excellent Italian food and wine
We had a wonderful dinner here while visiting San Diego. The place has a very upbeat vibe and attractively decorated. The menu has many selections without getting out of hand. All was not perfect which is fine since they handled the issue very well. My wife had a chicken dish and her chicken was a little rubbery. We had a fabulous meal at Panevino. Some of the best Italian food we have ever eaten. Out of this world veal osso bucco and carbonara! Great service and ambiance. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Italian that has been around for over 20 years and I can see why ! Great service , not hovering but always there to top up your wine when needed . Delicious food , as good as any you may have in Italy . It’s a must try !!
