The entire office is polite. The dental hygienist was great with my son and so was the dentist. My 2 year old chipped his front tooth. The office was able to get us an appointment the next day. From start to finish they explained everything to me and to him. They made him feel so comfortable and made his first visit fun for him. They were great with him. He had his first cleaning and they made his front tooth smoother.
We love Ottawa Children's Dentistry! My children are excited to go to the dentist for their cleanings every 6 months. Dr. Laun, her staff and the kid friendly environment can't be beat!
The young lady Kaylee who did my youngest daughter’s cleaning was absolutely so gentle, patient and sweet!!! Dr Laun was absolutely amazing as well for both of my children. Definitely a great experience. My oldest daughter said the lady that did her cleaning was so nice and made her feel so comfortable and she is very shy! 10/10 fantastic!!!
I took my autistic son for his first visit, they were great with him! There was toys in the waiting room for him while we waited. They were very patient, and made sure he was comfortable and we were able to to get everything done. The staff is very friendly! He had a great experience!
My son has sensory issues and the staff did what they could to make him feel at ease with being seen. He was excited after his visit because it went so well. We love it here and would recommend to anyone!
