Raising a family and being very busy with work, I'm a little embarrassed to admit that we hadn't reviewed our mortgage for a good number of years and was paying the lenders standard variable rate. We needed some advise on remortgaging as our current deal was coming to an end. We also needed to explore ways of consolidating after carrying out a lot of home improvements. Emma was superb. Emma and Kelly provided a fantastic and personal service for our house move! In what is a very stressful time, they went over and above to help us when we needed it, always responded straight away and continuously followed up right up to the end to make sure we were OK.
