Jay and Eli seem like pretty nice gentlemen, but we didn't speak very much at all. Jay was our realtor and the communication was very poor. When the buyers accepted our counteroffer, I had sent him a text asking the next steps and I didn't get a response for 5 days. We had issues selling our home, because it was purchased as foreclosure so there was lost information that was needed in order to sell.
