7 months ago I bought a 8.5’x24’ inclose trailer from out of state from outlaw trailer in the first 2 months that I’ve had it, it’s gone to shit. My side panel was cracking and falling off in 3 different places and my side door kept opening up while I was driving. I wouldn’t buy from this company or I wouldn’t recommend them either. Do you research before you buy.
I bought my trailer from this company about 7 months ago, few months later had nothing but problems. There good with communicating with you in the beginning to get your money. Once the issue starts they don’t wanna deal with you anymore they tell you to deal with the factory and they will block you.
Ordered a trailer back in Nov from salesman Jason. Had multiple calls and text about build. Went over drawing and made sure everything was right. Kept telling me we are done with the trailer just waiting on door springs. Weeks went by still no answer on trailer. Then out of the blue the sales manager calls and says we can’t and won’t build your trailer!!!! All this after I had waited months!!! Very unprofessional and I definitely would not recommend this company.
I recommend Outlaw trailers 100 percent on their sells but not on backing Diamond cargo , Diamond cargo is one of the biggest piles of junk you'll every waste a dollar on ,not to mention the warranty . ,if you don't believe me please gander over Diamonds cargos reviews . facebook or google ,I'VE BEEN REPAIRING MINE ON MY OWN DOLLAR
Drove down in October 2021 ordered the trailer I wanted was told build time was 15 weeks. I wanted a 7x14 I wanted it wired and lightning. And I wanted independent suspension axle and round Fenders. I hate the so called Jeep Fenders. Several weeks later I get a call saying the factory missed the part where I ordered Independent Suspension axle and built for straight axle.
