This is about the Rock Hill location. When issues are pointed out management refuses to handle them. Want paid when work is not complete. No quality control. Had an agreement with a salesman and unfortunately he developed health issues during my project. Brought issues up to manager and he refuses to address them and now is “turning it over to their attorney” (fine by me). My carpet looked used the day they installed it. After installation nobody ever called to ask how I liked my new carpet. Probably because they knew it wasn't new!
