The sale staff was very knowledgeable on the flooring I was interested in purchasing. Once I purchased the flooring they were quick in getting me the flooring and helpful in putting it in our truck. I would highly recommend Outlook Flooring for any of your flooring purchases.
Mark Bishop at the Monroe location was our sales rep and was very helpful with choosing with us a beautiful carpet within our budget. He followed through after the job was completed and the people that came id a great job and left everything neat and cleaned up.
We had a kitchen floor replaced a little over three years with tile, we had a problem with the tile not once, not twice, this company completely worked with us to make the floor right. This company is one that I would recommend highly and trust to get the job done right.
We had a Water Heater Claim and were forced to change the flooring for our home. Throughout the whole process we were nervous on replacing the flooring, as it was the largest part if the repair. But throughout this process, flooring ended up being the easiest part. Lennon, our sales rep, was awesome. He was always responsive and would get the answers we needed and provide his expertise throughout the whole time. Hopefully, we won't have to replace our floors again. There are not enough words to say what a wonderful experience it was working with Angie Kelly on new carpeting for our entire house:. She is professional, considerate, and creative. There are tons of samples and choices. The install led by Victor was perfect and the price was most fair. Fabulous attention to detail by everyone with whom we dealt. .We highly recommend their entire team!
The Outlook people were very accommodating and I was completely satisfied with the work that was done and the way Outlook conducted their business. They were fair and honest and gave me a very good estimate for the work.

Outlook Flooring just completed refinishing our existing maple hardwood floors and installing new maple in our master bedroom. The result is awesome! We worked with Angie and she was very easy to work with. The price and quality was outstanding! The floors turned out just as we had envisioned.
After shopping around, Outlook beats any other flooring store we could find - hands down!! The showroom is beautiful and very well laid out. We purchased new flooring for our bedrooms and we absolutely LOVE it. Flooring came in quickly, sales staff was amazing to work with and they even have an Interior Designer that worked with us for free. We HIGHLY recommend Outlook Flooring.
