We just purchased a "new" Class A Dolphin and with it needs for repair. What a fortunate phone call made to Outrig in Smithville, Mo. Marcus answered and we felt immediate calm and assurance our rig would be in the best hands! Then we were introduced to our mechanic Brandon and found that the deal was sealed with his expert hands on the job and experience to back up all repairs he made. Markus and Brandon were fantastic to work with. Brandon did a great job working on my solar system and adding a shunt to my system. Markus was timely with his updates and was very cognizant to the overall budget and not add unneeded expenses. Had our RV with GoHomePort (now Outrig) management services, in Arizona. We left the program after about 16 months. They left our RV in poor shape with damage and a number of needed repairs. There was damage done to the seats, that we knew about. They will now not do anything for us, even though I have the emails from them stating they would take care of it at the end of our contract. When we picked up our RV, there was more damage that they never even told us about. Very disappointing to be treated like this after 16 months... read more
We are so happy that we have found a great RV repair place. Marcus and Brandon took great care of us. They are knowledgeable, personable and timely. We will definitely be returning. Also, my husband and I have never been to a business that we felt more appreciated as a customer.
Marcus and Brandon were very professional, keeping us up to date every step of the way. We have a "vintage" RV that needs some loving care and they did an amazing job. They never charged for anything we absolutely did not need and even sent notes of our conversations after each phone call. Would send anyone there in a heartbeat
