Scott and his team at OVM were absolutely amazing to work with when buying our home in Richmond this year. They were able to help me through the underwriting process very quickly (30 day closing) and the greatest measure of a lender... we closed on time with the CD received well in advance with plenty of time for me to arrange final closing proceeds.
