From paperwork to turning the lock, we had an awesome home buying experience. Everything we had questions for or needed help, they had no issue finding us the answers. The only small issue was working around my available time with the loan officer and being able to contact them before closing. Also, the interest rate was not closed the day it was lowest we could have gotten it. Other than that, no issues.
Went above and beyond to get the loan to closing. Had been turned away by another lender late in the process, and Old Virginia Mortgage took care of me.
Kim Evers knew every nook and crannie of the home buying process. She was very respectful in all aspects and a pleasure to work with. We are extremely satisfied with our new house and we were very glad we got to work with Kim. She put in the extra hours on the weekends to make sure our needs were met. Her resources were endless and her work ethic shined brightly as she worked to meet all of our demands. I highly recommend Kim Evers for any person utilizing a V.A. home loan.
