My husband and I were first time home buyers and John was very helpful and did everything so quickly in order for us to close on time. I highly recommend him if you are searching for a lender!

Bryan Miles was transparent and diligent from the start working from sun up to sun down in order to help me close on my home as soon as possible. I asked him to text me as soon as the ball was back in my court so that we could close sooner rather than later and he did. Thanks to his attention to detail I closed sooner than I could have ever hoped for. He’s a class act and the best!

I was very satisfied working with John. From the initial pre qualification he was very professional and prompt. I was able to reach him when I needed to. Perfect place to get a home loan! I was in a tricky situation and didn't know it took weeks on end to close a loan and on a house. We were able to approve everything in as little as 3 weeks. I had no place to stay with my wife and animals so this helped us out so much!
