I came in to OVME and got lip filler, under eye filler, and botox from Rachel and the results exceeded my expectations! I've gotten fillers with Rachel in the past and this time she walked me through the procedure and reassured me by answering all of my questions - she gave me different options and was flexible, and incredibly knowledgeable in her practice. I had lip fillers and Botox done by Rachel KS and I am beyond impressed with the results! I didn't want my lips to look unnatural and Rachel helped me find the perfect amount and placement. I've always had a very gummy smile and Rachel recommended Botox for above my upper lip and it did exactly what I wanted; no more gummy smile! She also helped me with my skincare routine which she clearly had extensive knowledge about, and my skin is looking better than ever. Go to Rachel, she's amazing!!

I love OVME! The space is so clean & the staff is amazing. I chose the membership option & I have zero regrets. My skin has totally transformed. Everyone makes you feel super comfortable & it's obvious they are trained professionals who know what they're talking about- without making you feel silly for being clueless! I look forward to my monthly visits because I know I'll come out super relaxed & refreshed. Highly recommend !

When you first walk into Ovme the lobby is bright and welcoming. The receptionists are attentive and start your spa experience with a smile, while waiting I was offered coffee or tea which was nice. When my appointment started I felt comfortable with the lip injection and Botox. I felt like I could ask any questions or voice any concerns without feeling silly. I found this place as I was walking by. I was able to get a consultation and have been back a few times for treatments. I have had facials and a laser treatment and Botox. Everyone has been so nice and helpful. I also feel like they offer really innovative treatments, the esthetician I met with developed a whole game plan, I have hormonal acne and pigment issues, but she even brought in a nurse to help me with my questions about botox! I have a membership here, and I look forward to my appointment every month. They do try to upsell you on services, but what new medspa doesn't? I was struggling with acne from masks, the facials have really helped and my skin is beginning to clear! I've also had lip filler done here, and had absolutely zero side effects. I didn't even bruise, and the swelling went down in just 2 days. My lips look natural and gorgeous. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy to be a member!

I went to Ella, NP who goes by @elevatedbyella online for a new client treatment of Botox. I planned the timing of the procedure perfectly with the holidays coming up and gave myself enough time for a touch up and for the Botox to settle in. Let me start by saying the staff is friendly. I don't normally leave reviews but I feel that everyone must know this place is not worth it. I've been getting facials for many many years and let me tell you this has been the worst by far. Before signing up for the membership I specially asked the rep how long do facials take from beginning to end, she said 45 mins. I was ok with that answer. I was hoping to love this med-spa but unfortunately they missed on a few aspects. I booked an initial facial to try them out and as soon as I sat down in the chair my specialist walked me through their membership... I had yet to even receive my service and was turned off by this. Don't expect this to be a "spa experience" you have to ask for a strapless robe and blanket.
