My lip filler has never looked so horrendous. I got lip filler from Lisa who had done an OK job with my Botox, but my lips were so overfilled--the definition of duck lips. Not only did it look like I had gotten obvious filler, it appeared lumpy and top heavy, overflowing from the lip line. I was too embarrassed to go out for weeks; when she agreed that the filler had finally settled and didn't look good, she dissolved it. This was my first visit ever for any med spa treatment. I came in and got lip filler, full syringe and another service. Once the initial swelling went down it started looking like I hardly had any filler. I went back in to see Laura, who has always been great and we talked and scheduled an appointment for another syringe. I also forgot to add. If you look at their menu, their botox and dysport are the same exact price per unit which is quite fishy. At least when I was there they were. Because if you research everyelwhere dysport is always less per unit but you need more of it vs. botox which requires less units. I asked my provider at the time why the prices were the same and she told me that they make an in house custom blend? Basically sounds like tampering if you ask me. I went for a consultation and was talked into doing Botox (for the first time), that same day. 10 min and almost $400 later, I walk out with anticipation, but excitement about the outcome. A week goes by and I notice my eye getting "smaller." A week and a half goes by and I have a full on "lazy eye." I call to move up my follow up appt, as I am freaking out at this point.
