Dr. Mark Lobanoff was fantastic! He was so personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. My kids came with and he took time to acknowledge them and give them the cool shades at the end. The staff from the time of check in through follow up was amazing, everyone was so kind and helpful. The procedure itself was fast, easy, and the staff and Dr. Lobanoff talked me through the entire thing. I cannot give enough praise and thanks for the entire procedure. Highly recommend to anyone looking!
I can’t say enough good things about OVO! The facility itself was immaculate - clean, welcoming, calming, and spa-like. I interacted with many different staff members and all were professional, kind, respectful, and thorough. They must see hundreds of patients every day, but I felt like I was the only one.
