Check-in was quick and easy. Dr Kramer was on time. He and the staff addressed my concerns. The local anesthesia was excellent. Actually I donāt think the experience could have been any better.Ā
Dr. Kramer did an excision on a mole I had and he made me feel so comfortable every step of the way. He explained what the process was thoroughly and gave me all the relevant information necessary. Dr. Kramer is very professional, kind and is truly the best!Ā
