What an amazing company! From start to finish they more than exceeded my wife and my expectations! The company is family ran and they care so much about not only the product they deliver but treating a customer like family. Highly recommend them.

Paid $3400.00 for a small 200 Sq. **. patio coating. They coated the patio and repaired a few cracks...... The cracks re-appeared after just 7 months. Took weeks to get someone in charge to return my calls. Then they had the nerve to tell me they would have to charge me to come and repair the cracks...;............ AGAIN ! !

Business response:

We spoke with you about this issue and reviewed the condition of the floor. The cracks that reappeared are not coating failuresthey are concrete cracks that returned after an unusually severe cold snap. In fact, during our conversation, you acknowledged that the weather was likely the cause. Our warranty covers the coating itself against peeling and delamination; it does not cover concrete cracks that appear or return due to movement in the slab. This limitation was discussed with you previously. While we understand your frust... read more

Ox did the floor in our garage and three days after we noticed a raised area. Ox flooring was notified and they sent someone out a month later to assess the floor. This person upon assessing the floor ripped off the raised area with his hand and assured us that Ox will send out someone to redo the area that was raised. We had to wait for a while ( a little over a month) before we were scheduled to have it fixed. Finally we were scheduled to have the area fixed and 2 guys came out to do the work but did not do it because per ... read more

Business response:

We strongly dispute the characterization of this situation as a scam. After the customer reported bubbling in the garage ******************** shortly after installation, we sent representatives to inspect the issue. During multiple site visits, elevated moisture readings were found in the concrete slab, including readings exceeding acceptable limits. The peeling and bubbling observed were consistent with hydrostatic moisture pressure coming from beneath the slab. Our contract and warranty documentation specifically state that ... read more

DO YOUR HOMEWORK Dont be fooled by great salesmanshipthis company delivers poor serviceship. From the very beginning in October 2025, the experience went downhill. The installer showed up visibly put out by the fact that items had not already been removed from the garage, even though removal was pre-paid as part of the agreement. That set the tone for what followed. The installation itself was inefficient and rushed, and it became apparent that they were skimping on the top coat product, which directly affects durability and... read more

Business response:

As with all complaints, there are always two sides to the story and we find it interesting how you conveniently omitted many facts about this process. For starters, we offered you a very favorable price for the job and we never received documentation about the removal of items in the garage. The claim is an outright lie because we do not prebill for moving services since there is no telling how much time will be involved. Furthermore, if you reference point number 7 of our signed agreement you will see an associated "per hou... read more

Ox coated my lanai and I was pleased . I was told they have a lifetime warranty. I called them to get a quote on my garage . While the salesman was at my house I asked him to look at the spots that appeared on the lanai . He took out a moisture meter and said the spots were caused my moisture and he called the maintenance department and told them that we needed someone to come out and repair the spots caused by moisture -and assured me it was covered under the warranty. I also was asked to send in pictures of the problem spo... read more

Business response:

Following your inquiry, a site visit and detailed inspection of the lanai were completed to properly evaluate the reported areas. The inspection found that the affected sections show reduced top coat consistent with normal wear and tear over time. Based on these findings, the condition does not meet the criteria for a warranty covered issue. The quoted repair costs reflect the materials and labor required to reapply the top coat and restore the affected areas. This pricing was provided as an option, not as a warranty repair.

Company *** says things to get sale that arent true. First says company will eat the credit card percent charge, they dont in contract. Then wants half upfront and the remainder when finished, not true they want all but 10% before they would start. If I dont pay the other 40% upfront they will charge me 15% of total contract plus the cost of product they brought for the job to cancel. Terrible way to start a job. I just hope the product and install are done at an acceptable level because everything before that is extremely p... read more
