Zero accountability when an error is made. I was never informed that my contract was changed due to an error made by their employee and/or their system. I was told that I should have caught this even though had this error NOT been made by THEM, I wouldn’t have had to babysit the account. It was a CD, who should have to babysit a CD account!?! Deplorable customer service. Stay tuned, I’m sure I’ll have a lot more to say.
Just got profiled like crazy, wouldn’t cash a check that had my name and address on it🤣🤣🤣🤷🏾♂️
